Small Planet for iPhone
 français

What planet are you from?

Generate a small-planet from where you are and send it as a postcard to your friends!

This application makes a stereographic projection of your location on the map where Street View is available.
It is also possible to project one photograph coming from the camera roll.
Slide your finger on the screen, and then you can continuously move from a bird's eye view in the sky (mini-planet) to an insect view at ground level!

QUICK START

1) Select the origine of the planet:
   a) Either select a place on the map (you can zoom with two fingers).
Then, click on the map where the roads are blues, or drag and drop the orange humanoid on the map.
Push the "Planet" button to generate the planet.

   b) Or click on the button Camera to load an existing photo from the gallery (360° panorama or world map give the best result).

2) Adjust the planet like you want with one finger or zoom with two.
3) Push the "Action" button to save the result on Facebook, Twitter, Thumblr, an email or in the photo album.
4) Add a bookmark by pushing the "+" button to get it back later.

Yes Gerhard, but it's only where the Google cars have passed. It uses the Google Street View images. I'm very sorry if it doesn't work at your location. But it works in many places in the world. Regis

Sorry. But the fact that street view must be available is mentioned nowhere. I realized this after the installation of your app. For the moment i can't use it in my country!!! You should tell this the users BEFORE they buy it. Regards. Dan

Looks great, but I can't save and upload anything. The ' action button just closes the app. I'm using iPhone 5.

@PaulR Thanks for the report. I will try to fix this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience. Edit (11/12/2014): It is fixed. The crash occurs only on iOS 7. A new application has been submitted to the App Store. The application should be available within a week after Apple has considered the request.

@Tibo Of course you can, just touch the camera button and select a picture you have previously taken with the camera.
